charge for me to make a call

    Are these sentences correct:

1-How much would you charge for me to make a local call?

2-You charged two dollars for me to make that call.

3-You charged two dollars for making that call.
4-You charged me two dollars for making that call.

    In which cases:
    a-I made the call
    and in which cases:
b-You made the call for me.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

Re: charge for me to make a call

    I am not a teacher.

In 1- you haven't made the call yet, so it's neither a nor b.
