    Why have you capitalised "will"?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    There is some problem ib my phone so some words get capitalised thenselves without my consent. Yes I am talking about another employee(I think you mean other gym comrades by gym employees).
