    Post "have a ball" ???

    Dear everyone
Last week I sent my letter to my teacher and I told him that Thailand is going celebrate the Songkran festival,Thai new year. He sent me back later and he wrote at the end of the letter that " Have a ball "
So I have no idea what is that ball?
What does the " ball " in the sentence mean?
or that sentence is idiom ?
Could anyone please help me with this sentence.
    Thank you in advance.
    Best regards.

    Re: "have a ball" ???

    Hi k k Colin love,

"Have a ball" means have a good time.

It is often used when you hear that somebody goes to a party or in your case a festival.

So, you can also say; Have a good time, have a blast, enjoy yourself ... .

    Kind Regards
