We ordered a pizza and some buffalo wings.

We get to the restaurant first and my friend arrives late. I say to her:

We've ordered a pizza and some buffalo wings.

    Or

We ordered a pizza and some buffalo wings.

Which would a native say? Are both okay?

    In BrE, "We've".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

In AmE, you will hear both. Coincidentally, I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings last night.

I'd use this too, but the past simple sounds OK too.
