    use of 'up to'

Isn't it correct to say "Enjoy a saving of up to 10$"? or "you may expect a salary of up to ....$" Someone told me recently that it should be "Enjoy a saving up to 10$" But that's not ok in my opinion. What do you think?

    Re: use of 'up to'

"Enjoy savings of up to $10" is correct. Note the corrections I have made.

    $10 would the maximum savings.
