The difference between "Why didn't you" and "Why you didn't".

Hi all, can anyone tell me if the following sentences are the same?

A.) Why didn't you try out the dress?
B.) Why you didn't try out the dress?

I think both of the sentences are having different meaning, right?

    I have corrected A.
    B is not correct.

May I ask why you didn't try on the dress?

    Is it correct now?
