    I hate watching videos of/from a site?

Which sentence is correct? Or perhaps both are incorrect?

    1. I wish MyTube kept that "turn out the lights" feature. I hate watching videos of a site that's a blinding white light for a background.
    2. I wish MyTube kept that "turn out the lights" feature. I hate watching videos from a site that's a blinding white light for a background.

If I understand you correctly, consider

"I wish MyTube had kept that 'turn out the lights' feature. I hate watching videos on a site that has a blinding white light for a background".

    I'm not a Forum's teacher.

One may hate wantching videos of ... (the subject matter of the video)
    or
One may hate watching videos from...(the editor of the video)

This would be a good sentence in which to use the past perfect.
"I wish MyTube had kept that ..."
