"Would you please consider getting a new TV?".
In virtually all circumstances, this means the same. If you wanted two TVs, you'd say, "Would you please consider getting another/an extra TV?"

They are not natural. I can't imagine native speakers using them.

I would be unlikely to mention both the old and the new TV. If I were fed up with my current TV, I would just say "Let's get a new TV!" Getting rid of the old one would be implied. If I didn't want to get rid of it, I might gesture towards the current TV and say "Let's get a new TV [for the sitting room/living room/lounge]. We can put this one in the bedroom".

The owner of the place has asked to replace any thing that's old or unusable in the apartment, so I'm just wondering if any of the three I've mentioned would be okay to use.
