How to request a meeting with porfessor?

I would like to request the meeting with professor,
we have been exchanging emails regarding my residency training, but since a while I don't have any news.
I would like to ask him for meeting so we can personally discus a chance on residency in his clinic.

This is what I have prepared, but sounds a little bit awkward. I will appreciate the corrections.

    Dear Professor _________

I know it's a busy time of year, but I would like to ask if you found some time to meet me in ________ (name of the city), so we can talk about the chances on my residency training.
I could come Monday 23/06 or 30/06 - any other dates are also possible for me.

Hope to hear from you soon
