Re: How don't do the translation of Chinese to English?

If you mean "How can I avoid translating directly from Chinese into English when I speak?", the answer is practice. Many people translate directly and it usually makes for understandable English but it won't be natural English.

How long have you been learning English? How often do you have lessons? Do you regularly practice speaking English with native speakers?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

There is no need to hire a native speaker, just make friends and talk with them, for example, via Skype.

    Not a teacher.

Before worrying too much about your spoken/conversational English, I think you need to do more grammar study. Look at the corrections I have made to your post in red.

Chinese grammar is very different from English grammar, so you cannot put English words into Chinese sentences. You have to learn English grammar. Before you begin to write an English sentence, ask yourself 'How would an English speaker say that?' That will slowly get easier as your English vocabulary and grammar improves.
