Question Use of Had for past event

    Is this sentence correct ?

Had you also kicked off the event?

p.s. "Event" means computer generated event

Re: Use of Had for past event

It's possible. It means the same as "Did you also kick off the event?" I'm not sure what you mean by it, though.

Re: Use of Had for past event

I'm not sure what it means either. If it would be abundantly clear to your target audience then it's fine. Note that "computer-generated" is hyphenated.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
