Hi, teachers!

I am always grateful for your prompt and clear explanations.
I am wondering what is the difference between 'complete' and 'completed'.
Are there contexts in which I can use them interchangeably?

Please see the below sentence. Can I use 'completed' instead of 'complete' in the sentence below?
Is there a difference in meaning?

The human resource director asked for a complete evaluation of each staff member hired within the
past six months.

Thank you. :-D

Your example sentence wouldn't be natural with "completed".
