What I'm saying to the doctor after Rhinoplasty procedure following a ski trip accide

What I'm saying to the doctor after Rhinoplasty procedure following a ski trip accident:

I've healed well, and my nose looks okay except for the lower right tip of the nose, as it's slightly warped, and a small bump, which I believe is cartilage is protruding outwards. It doesn't look obvious in the photographs, but in person, it's much more noticeable and appears unnatural. I would like to get the small irregularity fixed, so that the tip has a more natural look.

Is everything grammatical and punctuated okay?

Not entirely, but the doctor will not care as long as you can afford the revision of the op. It is grammatical enough to be understood.

Could you change it so that it's native?

It's already better and more communicative than most native speakers would write.
