Dear sir please helps me to write a latter…..
I want to write a letter to our supplier and request him to please provide us duplicate invoice copy so we can pay you against these invoices.
Hope you are doing well; with reference your previous email about missing invoices. We are unable to pay you VAT amount without of those invoices. Therefore please provide us your VAT Return of that particular invoice’s month with your letter head that mentioned you are unable to provide us that required invoices.
