    a/the article?

Hello, I'm really confused about using the articles in the abstract to a/the Degree Project I will appreciate if someone helps with this.
'An (?) Annotation to a (the?) Degree Project on Improvement of Marketing Communication Policy of the Company'.

'A(the?) Degree Project is completed by the forth-year student...'

    Thank you.

You must use 'a' or 'my' here. You can't use 'the' because we've never heard of your Degree Project, so it doesn't come under the rule of "already-specified things".

"An Annotation to the Degree Project." In this case, the Degree Project is known so you use 'the'.
'A(the?) Degree Project is completed by the fourth-year student...'

    Thank you.
I'm not sure what you need to write here. I'd say: "This Degree Project was completed by a fourth-year student ..."
There must be past papers/annotations that you can look at to see what is expected.

Note the correct spelling of "fourth".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
