    The more you do it, the better you'll get.

    Talking about folding the bed. I say:

    The more you do it, the better you'll get.

    VS

    The more you do it, the better you'll get at it.

    Are both okay?

    What sort of bed do you fold? Are you talking about a camp bed, a futon or something else?

    As far as "The more you do it, the better you'll get [at it]", it's fine in many contexts. I don't think there are any specific phrases which are only suitable for talking about "folding the bed" (whatever that is).
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    "At it" is entirely redundant. There is no way that this can mean "The more you do it, the better person you'll become".
