    Welcome to the forum.

    There is no need for a comma after "requested". There is no need for a capital "m" on meeting.

    More naturally, I would say "Starting next week, Mr Kelum will need your department's OPS details for the weekly OPS meeting".

    Note that thread titles should include some or all of the words/phrases you are querying. A good title for this post would have been "Mr Kelum requested".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
