Student or Learner
Could somebody please tell me if the sentences below sound good:
Parents mean well for their children. They often disagree with their children, but there is a reason. They want to warn their children against problems and wrong decisions they may make.
Usually we warn people "about" something.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
