    My account is unaccessible now.

Hi, it's HSS again. You may have written to me for the problem, but unfortunately I cannot access the email I used when opening my account here. I tried to log in using my user name HSS and the password I remember unsuccessfully. Do you delete accounts if they are not used over a certain period of time? If that is the case, mine should be gone by now. What should I do now? Set up a new account? Thanks.

The account is still open- we do close dormant accounts, but only after a long time. I can set a temporary password for you- we can't see passwords because they are encrypted. You can send your current email to me at tdol (at) usingenglish.com and I can send the password to you. If that's too complex, then re-register with your new email.
