    please correct these sentences

    1. Congress tentatively has approved a new minimum wage.
    2. Congress and late last year rejected the same proposal.
    3. The principal asked the superintendent whether he had met his new assistant yet.
    4. So many power lines fell during the storm that the electric company could not say how many people it affected.
    5. Each student is responsible for their own assignment.
    6. Soon everyone will have to recycle their trash.

    Why do you think they need correcting? What will you do with them when they are correct?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    I have deleted the previous thread because it gave answers to what we know for certain is a school assignment. It has been clearly stated in this thread and in the forum rules that we do not and will not assist with homework.
