    The

Minimizing impervious ground surface area and providing drainage systems that allow (the) reabsorption of stormwater into (the) ground work to maintain (the) natural hydrology of (the) building site, reduce demand on municipal storm sewer systems.

Hi, I wonder if thes in brakets above the sentence can be all omitted. If not, can you tell me which ones should stay or go?

    Thank you.

    Re: The

I'd use all of them. The only one you could possibly omit is the first - allowing resorption. I'd add two more - reduce the demand on the system.
I don't like the phrasing of "into the ground work to maintain" - I kept wanting to read it as "groundwork.

Minimizing impervious surface areas and providing drainage systems to allow stormwater to be reabsorbed into the ground help maintain the natural hydrology of the building site and reduce the demand on the municipal sewer system.

You use a singular building site" so you want a singular "sewer system."

You could go plural - ... the natural hydrology of buildings sites and reduce the demand on municipal sewer systems.

I miss writing about this stuff!

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: The

I would omit the first "the".
