After having finished your meal, you have to go to bed.
After you have finished your meal, you have to go to bed.
After finishing your meal, you have to go to bed.

Are the variables above all correct? If so, which one do you often use; what other expressions would you usually say?

Thank you.

The first one is not natural. The second one is better than the third.

If I deleted the word after from the first example sentence, would it be natural?

May I simply say 'After your meal, ...'?

After your meal, you have to go to bed.
After you finish your meal, you have to...

If the person has just now finished, you could say "Having finished, you have to go to bed" to mean "Now that you have finished, ... "

Edit: Fixed typo that showed 'go' as 'got'

Do you mean "you have to get" in post#6?

It should be 'you have to go'.

Not a teacher.
