    have it put together

What does this mean? Does it mean "stuff bread with hams or other things"?

87)Breadway sells sandwiches on fresh-baked bread and you can have it put together precisely the way you like. Bandi Books installs comfortable chairs between the shelves and serves coffee for customers.

They make sandwiches. To order. They build them the way you want it. If you want tomatoes, they put tomatoes on it. If you don't, they don't.
