It's not a question of age, but marital status (Mrs/Miss). Ms can be used for any woman regardless of marital status.

Women prefer to be known as ( Ms ) rather than Miss "For single" or Mrs "For married"

    Re: Mrs\Miss\Ms

I always find weird this ms.and mrs. situation as in my mother tongue we don't have that difference we just call "hanım" to every women. So i always call ms. when i am not sure as i don't want to be disrespectful by just assuming, you know. :)

    Re: Mrs\Miss\Ms

I also usually call women "miss", especially when dealing with strangers. Because many people are offended when they are called “Mrs.” In college, I write an essay on this subject, because I wonder why this is happening.

    Re: Mrs\Miss\Ms

I think it is politically incorrect there to address people with Mr, Ms, Miss unless you figure out their genders.

Please correct my writing if there's any grammatical solecism.
