Good afternoon. I have just translated a supply agreement. Could you please correct mistakes in it?
This supply agreement is made effective as of the 25th day of December, 2013 between European star Supermarket, Ltd., registered and operating in compliance with the federal legislation of the United Arab Emirates and the legislation of the emirate of Dubai located at: 262535, Dubai city (hereinafter called “Company”);
GENEROUS BAY DMCC Inc., located in Dubai city, the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter called “Supplier”), registration number DMCC: 33202, trading food and drink,
“Company” is the owner and the manager of the supermarket(s), doing trading business as European star (hereinafter called “Shops”). Having due regard to the need of the shops for the recurring order of products and goods with different names from suppliers (hereinafter called “Good”), which are worth being presented and sold in the mentioned shops; and whereas, the supplier, who does trading business and possesses an appropriate license, is an expert and has opportunities and a desire to supply goods to shops on the terms set out in this agreement,
