    Welcome to the forum.

    There is no need to start your posts with "Sir". Firstly, it is overly formal. Secondly, not everyone here is a man.

    We need to know the context, the situation, perhaps the sentences before and after the one you are querying. At the moment, it means nothing to me.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    If they did face the curtailment, it would be correct. But I have no idea what it means either.

    No sentence can be correct unless it ends with a punctuation mark.
