Is 'whatever' is fine in this sentence?

    Hello, teachers.

Is 'whatever' is fine in this sentence?

The board of directors is prepared to accept whatever the supplier offers.

    Thank you.

Yes it is. Whether the board of directors is fine would be a completely different discussion.

The entire sentence sounds perfectly fine to me. I can't see any problem "the board of directors".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Since this is a specific "board of directors", I would capitalize "Board" and "Directors".

You don't need two 'is' in that sentence.
Here's one where you do: "Is whatever is fine in this sentence also fine in that sentence?"

I meant (even if that's not exactly related to the topic) that the Board of Directors would probably have the authority and/or ability to negotiate with the supplier, not to just accept what the supplier said.
