Being produced to meet their baby growth needs.

Most of mother is not enough breast milk being produced to meet their baby growth needs.

Do we need to add past tense for produced in sentence above?

Jason, there is almost nothing correct in that sentence. Including, I expect, the facts.

Most mothers do not produce enough breast milk to meet the needs of their growing baby.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

Jason, where are you finding these sentences? If someone else wrote them, I suggest you stop reading that person's work. If you wrote them yourself, you need to go back to learning the basics of English. In all your recent "baby" posts, there have been multiple basic errors. I don't think you're ready for complicated sentences yet.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
