Hi, can anyone tell me if my sentence is correct?

Sentence A is familiar to sentence B.

I am not sure if my sentence is correct.I have been googling the answer but still couldn't find an answer to solve it.

There are some explanation between "familiar to" and "familiar with".
The people are familiar with something.
Something is familiar to the people.

But my question is what word order should I use if something is the same as something.

Thanks.

"Sentence A is similar to sentence B" or "Sentence A is the same as sentence B". Whichever is the case. It's not possible to use "familiar".
