potatoes and sweet which is also a small turnip

What are the words that the man says (in bold)? Even if he just stumbles, could you please write the sounds he produces? And what is "sweet" in this context?

    This is what I hear:
OK, here are primary ingredients for vegetable soup... First of all we have potatoes, we have onions, carrot, we have parsnip, selery, and sweet which is also ????? a small turnip...
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

Re: potatoes and sweet which is also a small turnip

    It's celery, by the way.

"... and swede, which is also just a small turnip."

    "Swede" is a root vegetable.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
