    Post letter for practical placement

is it right for official letter ??

    Dear, ******

Thank you very much for giving me an information about practical placement in Georgia . Fortunately , I have been chosen for carrying out that position in Telavi State University.
I would like to kindly ask you to arrange scholarship and travel issues, as I have been informed that German side is responsible to take care of that kind of questions.
Thank you, once more, for the great opportunity and, of course, I am highly interested in an internship in Jade University next year.

    Best Regards
    Mariam Gevorgyan

    Re: letter for practical placement

    Welcome to the forum.

I am a little confused by your letter. You appear to be turning down an offer from the people in Georgia and you are telling them that you are accepting an offer from Telavi State University.

If this letter is to the people in Georgia, I don't understand why you are asking them to arrange scholarship and travel issues. You should be contacting the people in Telavi State University about making arrangements.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
