    Hi there,

    "If the company doesn't grow, neither will I grow.".

    Is the above sentence correct?

    It's grammatically correct but there is no need for the final word. "If the company doesn't grow, neither/nor will I".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
