Can I say: Having eaten lunch I will call to you. ?
You could, but no one really talks that way - beginning with a participial phrase.
"I will call you after I've eaten lunch." I'm not sure what you mean by 'call'. It could be a phone call (call you), or you might be physically calling around to see them (call to see you). "Call to" implies shouting at them. But, as long as they know what you mean, 'call' is OK.
