Amend these questions for an evaluation form of a technical magazine

I am preparing an evaluation form for a technical magazine.
I have put following questions. I would like to know your opinion on these questions.
    1) significance: - Does the approach offered advance the state of the art?
    2) Quality: How are its claims backed up?
    3) - Does it carefully evaluate the strengths and limitations of its contribution?
    4) Clarity: Is the paper clearly written? Does it motivate the research?
I have some other questions and these are not all of them. I just put those questions which I am doubtful about them.

    TIA

    Try:

I have posted the following questions. I would like your opinion on the wording.

The first two seem to be worded quite well. I am not sure about the third one. (That doesn't mean there is anything wrong with it. I am just not sure.) Number four seems fine except that I don't know what it means to motivate research.)

    Finally, say:

I have some other questions. These are just some of those that I am doubtful about.

    Post more.

I don't understand #4. Are you asking if this paper will motivate others to do additional work in this field?

I also don't see the connection of the second sentence to the first question. Shouldn't #4 be broken up into two questions?
