Hi Teachers,

May I know for "information", do we use "more information" or "much information"?

If both are correct, why "more" and "much" are accepted?

So "information" is countable or uncountable noun?

Please advise.

What we do NOT say is "many information."

Much more information about the usage of 'information' is available in online dictionaries.

It seems like you're completely confused.
You can use "much" only with uncountable nouns and "many" only with countable nouns. The word "more" you can use with both.

We don't have much information about the accident.
Can you give a little bit more information?
We don't have many pancakes.
I have more pancakes than you.
