Can you say to your neighbor who lives in Torrance:

Can you say to your neighbor who lives in Torrance:

Hey, I'm going back to Torrance tomorrow. Wanna meet up?

Or is the right way of saying it:

Hey, I'm coming back to Torrance tomorrow.

    Are both okay?

    I am not a teacher.

Both are possible. The choice between 'going' and 'coming' usually depends on where the people actually are.

I don't understand where your neighbour is when this conversation is taking place. Are you speaking to him on the phone?

If he's with you here (wherever that is) then I would use 'going'. If he's there but you're not, I would use 'coming'.

If he's in Torrance and you're not, then I would use "coming". If neither of you is in Torrance, I would use "going".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

But can you use going or is that wrong?

It's not wrong, but coming would be more commonly used there.
