    Talking 116-take drawing DOWN!

    Hello all

What does (take drawings down) mean in the following sentence?

Infuriated, she went to New York to insist that he take her drawings down.

    Thanks all

    Re: 116-take drawing DOWN!

From the context of the quote one could assume that 'she' is an artist and that 'he' is exhibiting her work (drawings) without her permission. She goes to New York to insist that he remove her drawings (take her drawings down) from the wall.

    Hope this helps!
