    Practice.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: How to improve my English skill?

Teloi, that is good advice but please remember to start your responses to other learners with "Not a teacher". Also remember that we start a sentence with a capital letter and end a sentence with a punctuation mark.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: How to improve my English skill?

There is no shortcut to learning, so you have to practise hard regularly for a long time.

Speaking as a learner, not a teacher.

No one that I know of that has promised a shortcut to learning a language has delivered.

Oh, that's a beautiful 'double restriction'.
It has nothing to do with the OP's question, but please allow me to ask a question here.
Is it natural to say 'No one that has promised a shortcut to learning a language that I know of has delivered'?
    Thank you.

No. That sounds as if you're talking about "a language that you know of".

Re: How to improve my English skill?

Yes, although I prefer "who" to "that" in both instances.
