    Your interpretation please

What do you think this sentence says? "The parties further agree that the child may continue in all extra-curricular activities in which he has been and remains involved as of the execution hereof."
Child may finish all extra-curricular activities he is currently in?
Child may continue all extra-curricular activities he is currently in for the remainder of his childhood?
I am unsure if there is one defining answer.

    Thank You
    Chad

    Re: Your interpretation please

I don't know if it means the remainder of his childhood, but he certainly does not have to stop now.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Re: Your interpretation please

It reads like a child custody legal document. It appears to stipulate the the child may continue his/her extra-curricular activities upon execution of the agreement.

Probably, the child has been doing so prior to the document.
