    Which exchange is more natural?

    1)
St 1: Emily, let's find Alex Bell. I need him.
St 2: Fine. ˈI need him myself.

    2)
St 1: Emily, let's find Alex Bell. I need him.
St 2: Fine. I myself need him.
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

I find 1 much more natural. They are both grammatically correct but 2 sounds very formal.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

To be honest, I'm not sure what "I need him myself" means. Does it mean "I need him as well"?
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

That is what I take it to mean.

Yes, use #1. Emsr is right, the other one sounds stuffy.

Personally, I'd put a comma before the myself, but I think you can get away with skipping it.

Re: Which exchange is more natural?

There is absolutely no reason to put a comma before 'myself'.
