    Is get OK?

Is this exchange natural with get? Or must both speakers use find?

A: Andy, ˈhelp me ˈfind Bill Gates . He is in Lynn, isn’t he?
B: Yes, he is. Let’s get him.
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

If you must use that dialogue, "find" should be used in both cases.

    Re: Is get OK?

"Get" might be used if one wants to "get" him on the phone.

Thank you, bhaisahab. Do you mean the dialogue is unnatural? If so, could you change it a little?

Otherwise, get means 'find and bring to me' (come to think of it it, that applies to the phone as well, except 'bring to me' is replaced by 'bring to the phone [so that I can talk to them]').

    Re: Is get OK?

Is there some idiom, some informal expression for find in English? Maybe catch?

    not a teacher

You could say: "Let's track him down".
