Going right up my ladies' section?

What does she mean by 'this place is going right up my ladies' section'? I know the idiom right up my street or alley but I can't quite extend the meaning to apply in this context here.

    Thanks a lot!

Color me clueless, too. If it's part of a longer quote, tell us the rest.

Going by the coy giggles after it, I take it to be a reference to her private parts.

Maybe, but still, what does it mean?
I've left a question below her video. Maybe she'll answer.

I think you're over-estimating the script writer, who may very well have no idea of what they meant. It's possible to make an audience laugh just by delivering a cryptic reference as if it were a joke. Canned laughter helps. And even a live audience can be seeded with laughers.

I agree that it might have no meaning. But it doesn't hurt to ask. Perhaps it's an "in-joke" which will be caught by her followers.
