the best move for the first player is to drop

    Hi teachers,

(Writing about a Connect Four move)

Is "in this situation, the best move for the first player is to drop his piece into the 2nd slot, then the second player is forced to play into the 2nd slot over your piece. Now the first player should drop his piece into the 3rd slot. You can now easily win" correct?

    Thanks.
