I am going to apologize in advance for the current post in case that this subject has been already submitted to debate, but the only thread about "do-does" I could find on this forum was closed.

Now, regarding "do" as a confirmation expression (Example: "I do not have any assets, but I do have money"), would it be correct to say: "We do are going to get one of those"?

It would be correct if you omit the "do."

Ok, makes sense, but maybe with the next example I would be able to convey more clearly what I am triying to say: "We are not getting any pens, but we do are getting pencils". What do you think of that one?

I agree with riquecohen.
If you wish to use "do" in this context, you could say, "We do intend to get one of those".

Looks like we posted almost simultaneously.

"We are not getting any pens, but we do are getting pencils".
Your second example has the same problem in that it is correct only when we remove "do".
You could say: "We are not getting any pens, but we do expect to get pencils".

The answer is the same as post #2.
