    How to unshorten the Noun+Pharse structural? Or is it just incorrect?

    I read this article and get to this sentence:
    [...] empathetic and conscientious—two traits women are often thought to be socialized to exhibit.
    I can understand the meaning, I'm just not sure whether it is correct. I think the origin should be:
    two traits that women are often thought to be socialized to exhibit.
