I have a question.

I want to write a long sentece.

"I have a foreign friend who is a chinese when we met on a trip"

Is it correct? We can use two relative pronoun in one sentece?

You may use as many relative pronouns as you like, as long as you use them correctly. Isn't life good?

Many Americans never say whom. It's right, though.

Would you accept I in the second part "..., whom I met ...," please?

Your sentence would be better as "I met my Chinese friend on a trip." The rest of the sentence is unnecessary.
