    You can say it, but in writing it needs a capital letter.

    The recipient may understand 'the link of the class home page' — I don't.

    What would you write instead of 'the link of the class homepage'?

    Maybe - the link to the class homepage.

    When I say can you say it, I mean without sounding like fool or uneducated speaker. Is it grammatical and native?

    "Link to" would be better.
