    Are the sentences natural English?

    After all, most of us spend a sizeable part of the day away from home so it s inevitable that we eat out as well. Therefore, the first rule to eating out healthily and safely is to be choosy about the outlet.

    Yes, they're very good! I might use a different word than outlet. We'd be more likely to say restaurant.

    Remember to separate two independent clauses (that is, clauses that could stand as full sentences by themselves) with commas and to frame dependent clauses (that is, clauses that cannot stand alone full sentences) with commas.
