    Hello,

    How could you grammatically explain on the below sentence structure?

    "It is her hard work that made the miracle eventually happen."

    That is an example made by myself, so if there is anything problem also with it, please...

    It's correct. What is your doubt about it? It means, "Her hard work eventually made the miracle happen."

    'On' is unnecessary after 'explain' according to http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/explain
    It may be better to put 'below' after 'sentence structure' because dictionaries do not mark 'below' as an adjective.

    "It is her hard work that made the miracle eventually happen" is known grammatically as a cleft sentence (click on the underlined link).
