    How can Ii say that?

in the sentence "yesterday I watched on TV the serie A matches Premier League and in the evening for good measure, I didn't miss the Great prix Formula 1.
can I change "for good measure" with "to top it off I also watched.."?
Is there another way to say that? I found also the expression "to lookout to me" but I don't know if I could use it n this context.
    thanks a lot

To top it off works fine. To lookout doesn't work for me.
